I am a Mum of two teenagers and wife to Jamie. We live in Buckinghamshire with our two cockapoo's, Lottie & Mylo.

I studied holistic nutrition, specialising in health and wellness coaching at the ‘Institute of integrated nutrition’ with Joshua Rosenthal, graduating in 2015.

I have been working as a health and wellness coach for 8 years and first qualified for the GBR sprint triathlon age group team in 2019.

During this time, my mission has been to play a crucial role in improving the health and happiness of anyone who feels this work is a priority to them.

I have helped clients with varying health issues, including sugar addiction, gut healing, food intolerances, inflammation, menopause, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

I enjoy working with clients in my local area as well as further afield.

Sessions are on-line and last 40 minutes.

I use Zoom or WhatsApp video/audio calls depending on personal preference.

health & wellness coaching

As a health and wellness coach I help clients assess their health, wellness and lifestyle habits.

Initially I ask about their personal relationship with food, review their commitment to physical activity and check in on their emotional wellbeing.

As a partnership we discuss the opportunity for personal development by offering individual ideas and suggestions on how they might achieve their overall health and wellness goals.

I focus on a client’s strengths and values, helping them create a plan for consistent, sustainable and long-term wellness.

It’s a collaboration between coach and client that provides highly personalised guidance, support and accountability.

We focus on what I refer to as the 3 pillars…

Supportive eating

Active lifestyle

Emotional health

How I can help

I offer regular catch up sessions, giving you the tools to stay on track.

These sessions are on a one to one basis or using zoom/whatsapp video call.

The key to success is not to be afraid to experiment with new ideas.

To be open to a growth mindset and allow the progression of health and wellness that comes when you start to make positive changes to your daily habits.

I offer a free health and wellness consultation which helps you decide if this work might be of benefit to you.

eat supportively

What we eat

How we eat

When we eat

affects how we think, how we feel and how we behave.

It is easy to get confused about what to eat. There is an overwhelming glut of information on nutrition, a stampede of new ideas, faddy diets and interesting theories.

They all seem to miss the vital point…

That we are all different, and what may support one person may diametrically oppose another.

We are bombarded with the attraction of some foods that have been engineered to temp our taste buds, but sadly neglect our health.

We no longer know what to eat and, in some cases, are literally getting sick and tired of eating food that doesn’t assist or support us.

The good news is that whatever we have eaten before, whatever our habits look like, there is always opportunity for positive change.

When we start to feed ourselves with natural, organic, plant based, unadulterated food, the body quickly adapts to a state of healing and repair.

Finding out what food best supports you, as well as the right balance of food is key.

Following the 80/20 principle means you can enjoy the food that supports you most of the time and appreciate the little treats now and again.

How I can help

I invite you to listen to your body, to follow your instincts and take better control of your eating habits.

I don’t advocate following any strict regimes, it’s more important to experiment with food and the timing of food, to see what best sustains you and your lifestyle.

I offer advice and management on the two major enemies of health, toxicity and deficiency, both of which can make us vulnerable to life’s colds, viruses and diseases.

You will have the opportunity to learn how to protect your body, widen your knowledge on nutrition, gut health and digestion, all of which help initiate and restore healing.

Making the right food choices and encouraging a powerful defense system can have a massive positive impact on your life.

Clients often comment that this experience allows them to feel and look ‘top notch’, they become enriched with genuine happiness and are able to make better life decisions.

Most importantly this journey helps establish resilience and empowers you to take full responsibility for your personal health and mental wellbeing.

active lifestyle

Adding in some form of daily movement is one of the best ways to keep the body in good balance.

Regular physical activity can relieve stress, anxiety, depression as well as anger.

That 'feel good sensation' is a bit like a happy pill with no side affects!

Without regular activity, the body slowly loses its strength, stamina and ability to function properly.

Exercise increases muscle strength, which in turn increases the ability to do other physical activities.

People who are physically active tend to find their healthy weight and apparently live longer and those extended years are generally healthier and happier years.

Staying active could help delay and may prevent chronic illnesses and diseases associated with ageing.

You don’t have to make big life changes to see the benefits, just start building more activity into your day, one step at a time.

How I can help

Whatever your weekly physical movement might look like, I can help you establish a routine that is fun and achievable.

Together we discuss the opportunity to develop a weekly plan that incorporates some form of daily movement, rest and recovery.

This is a bespoke service that encourages improved fitness and can be as challenging or as moderate as it needs to be.

A consistent programme and taking time out for 'you' will undoubtedly help with the following.

Promote happiness

Improve self-confidence

Boost energy levels

 Relieve stress and tension

Aid better sleep

Prevent bone loss

Lower blood pressure

Increase level of good cholesterol

Improve blood flow

Maintain healthy weight

emotional health

Working on our emotional health is just as important as taking care of our physical well-being.

It's a fundamental aspect of fostering resilience, self-awareness, and overall happiness.

It's not always about being in a good mood. It’s about equipping yourself to deal with the good, the bad, and everything in between.

Our thoughts, feelings, and experiences influence the way we feel about ourselves and others.

It's learning to turn that critical inner voice into an opportunity for self-love and compassion, for yourself and others around you.

This positive outlook makes us feel more energised.

It can help us focus and think more clearly, as well as encourage us to make better food and lifestyle choices.

By learning ways to destress we immediately boost our immune systems which helps prevent physical illnesses.

Ultimately we feel much happier.

How I can help

Both eating smartly and exercising consistently has massive health and wellness benefits.

Yet, in my experience the real game changer in transforming your overall wellness and happiness,

is reviewing your emotional health.

You will be given the opportunity to talk about your life in as much detail as you feel comfortable with, within a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

You will learn about yourself and talk about coping strategies to help temper your emotional reactions to daily life, however big or small.

We talk about...

resilience to stress

connection with others

self esteem

confidence

positivity

energy

   happiness

life changing

I have seen opportunities in a client's life open up through this journey.

They gain confidence and self-belief.  They begin to respect their inner 'knowing' and learn to trust themselves.

They learn to restore their health and heal the 'whole person' which can help to extend their lives without medication and

severe illness.

I have found the more they live in balance, respecting nature, themselves and their loved ones, the more likely they are to be in

the right place, at the right time, all of the time, living a happier and more fulfilled life.

Learn to look after yourself and choose health and wellness as a priority.

You only get one life!
